Please read all of the following information carefully, we receive a lot of entries and need to ensure that the administration process is as simple as possible so we can shortlist and handle judging packs effectively.

The Digital Women Awards process is free. There is no cost to enter, to nominate, or to win an award.

You can Nominate / enter until 17th May 2024. A nomination is not an entry but it is beneficial in ensuring women are given the confidence to enter as well as offering PR benefits to their business or their person. There is an additional benefit in that we give them social media images to share their nomination and guidance on filling out their application.

We will contact the person you have nominated with your feedback and ask them to enter detailed information to present to the judges after the 17th May.

How to complete your entry

  • Fill out the form to the best of your ability. Include as much supporting information as you can.

  • Please include the email address you are able to access. (we encourage you to enter directly, don’t wait for a nomination, nominations do not count towards the judge’s decision) If you fail to include any required information on the form, your entry will be instantly removed from the process.

  • We will discard any entries we believe are written wholly by AI.

To enter a category use the links or QR code next to each category, your form will pop up ready for entry below. Please keep a copy of your entry in a word document and paste it into the form. (Just to protect any potential loss of entry)

Digital Woman of the Year - Entries Are Open

This award recognises women who have been doing incredible work in business and digital. They may have had to overcome hurdles and pivot their business in the current climate. These women are using digital in their work lives and are achieving greatly, whether they run a business or work for a company. This category will also form the 40 Digital Women to Watch list which will be published in late march.


Young Digital Woman of the Year Entries Are Open

The Young Digital Women of the Year award recognises and celebrates young women under 25 who are making great moves in digital spaces. Whether they are leveraging digital to grow their own business or that of an employer. One thing all of these finalists have in common is that they have all made huge strides in their careers in a relatively short amount of time whether it be moving into a senior position within a company with more responsibility or by moving their own business forward. This category will also form the 23 Young Digital Women to Watch list which will be published in late march.


Digital Woman for Good Entries Are Open

The Digital Women for Good award recognises and celebrates women who are working to help others or to highlight important issues and causes. At the core of what they do, whether in business or otherwise, these women are working hard to help and support other people as well as great causes through the use of digital and social media.


Community Leader of the Year Entries Are Open

The Digital Women Community Leader of the Year award recognises and celebrates women who are leading communities. This award acknowledges women whose service and contribution to their community have made a significant difference to people’s lives by bringing them together around common causes, interests or issues. These leaders also provide a safe space for like-minded people to interact.


Role Model of the Year Entries Are Open

The Digital Women Role Model of the Year recognises and celebrates women who are positive and confident in their work and abilities and able to lift others up. A person who is doing great work but continues to strive for bigger and better objectives. Positive role models are important as they influence our actions and motivate us to strive to uncover our true potential and overcome our weaknesses.


Digital Entrepreneur of the Year Entries Are Open

The Digital Entrepreneur of the Year award recognises and celebrates women who are operating a business or businesses and taking on greater than normal risks in order to do so in the digital space. Entrepreneurs play a key role in employment and the economy and use the skills and initiative necessary to anticipate needs and bring new ideas to market.


Digital Innovator of the Year Entries Are Open

The Digital Innovator of the Year award recognises and rewards individuals who have harnessed the latest in digital and tech over the past year and are showing innovation in their area of work.


Digital Freelancer of the Year Entries Are Open

The Digital Freelancer of the Year Award recognises and celebrates women who are working independently and flexibly, often carrying out more than one specialism. Many freelancers also seek out their own clients and fund self-learning. Freelancers are often highly skilled and work alongside corporate teams and smaller businesses. Freelancers collectively contribute significantly to our economy.


Digital Carer of the Year Entries Are Open

Digital Women’s Digital carer of the Year award recognises and celebrates women who are working in digital, or using digital in business, and also happen to be carers, parents, those caring for others on top of all of the amazing work they are doing. Digital carers are juggling work and home life and often having to overcome many new challenges.


VA - Virtual Assistant of the Year Entries Are Open

The Digital Women Virtual Assistant of the Year recognises and celebrates those who work in a digital support role for their clients. VAs pick up many of the administrative, organisational and marketing tasks remotely to an exceptionally high standard and have the ability to organise and communicate effectively.


Digital Creator of the Year award Entries Are Open

Digital Women’s Digital Creator of the Year award recognises and celebrates those who are creating the best content for their communities or audiences. These individuals have built influence through the digital content they create which has opened up new and exciting opportunities for them.


Product Creator of the Year Entries Are Open

The Digital Product Creator of the Year award recognises and celebrates those who have created a standout product for their communities or audiences. This could be a platform, a tool, digital guides, an event or even a newsletter. This creator spotted a need for a new product and has created a product that is useful to the target audience.



Podcast of the Year Entries Are Open

This award recognises female-led podcasts within any niche or area that informs, educates and serves its community. Judges will be looking for publishing consistency and audience reception.


Woman-Led Community of the Year Entries Are Open

Digital Women’s Woman-Led Community of the Year award recognises and celebrates communities that are providing a safe and meaningful place for their members to interact and bring like-minded people together with common goals, values or interests. This award particularly highlights communities supporting women.


Women’s Champion Award Entries Are Open

This award recognises women who are raising up and recognising other women. Perhaps they have created a supportive network, community or place that helps to raise women up and support them.


ROLE-BASED AWARDS FOR Entries Are Open

The Digital Women role-based awards recognise and celebrate women in Digital Based Roles, from social media managers to SEO practitioners and everything in between. Our judges will be looking at your achievements and results over the past year. To enter this award you can be either an employee or freelancer.
